Whenever a reservation is cancelled, a 20% of the total amount of the booked services will be retained. Should the cancellation take place within 15 days in advance, Ocean Side will issue a voucher (of the 20% mentioned above), which may be cashed within a year (valid from the beginning of the booked services). ***voucher issued by name, not transferable

The course fee will not be reimbursed

• If the cancellation takes place less than 24hrs in advance
• The Surfschool will suspend any kind of activity should the participants appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• If you need to cancel due to injury or illness, the Surschool will issue a voucher for the sum of the surf lessons missed
• If the cancellation takes place more than 24hrs in advance, you will still be charged a 20% of expense
