SURF FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Our SURF FUNCTIONAL TRAINING program is designed to increase all physical attributes that influence or interfere directly in the sport, such as:

  • force
  • resistance
  • balance
  • flexibility
  • speed
  • power
  • agility
  • coordination

These physical qualities are the basic components of fitness and therefore essential elements for the sport. We have designed a training program using adapted surfing exercises in order to maximize your fitness and increase your performance. In order to increase the number of waves and become a better surfer, and prevent possible injury, we design for you personally a type of functional training, which will help you surf better and longer without fatigue, increasing your control and style, improving your balance and reducing the risk of injury, or helping you in the rehabilitation of previous injuries.
